Return / Exchange
- Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached if shipped and scanned within 15 days from the date of package delivery.
- Please contact email@example.com for our returns address and to let us know to expect your return.
- If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.
- As all of our collections are limited edition capsules, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Please choose a tracked or signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post.
- Within 10 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, or exchange. For domestic orders, $6.99/$9.99 for shipping will be deducted from the refund . Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out right away by replying to your order confirmation email. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, THE MOODSS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, especially in apartment buildings which often have a higher risk of theft.
- Eligible refunds for canceled orders for any reason will incur a 3% deduction to cover our actual cost of payment processing. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
