We must be disinfected to enter our warehouse, and can only enter two people at one time, to ensure that all goods are safe, but the delivery time will be slower than usual, and the goods will be shipped out within 3 days (we usually ship next day)

5.How long can I receive my package?

Because of COVID-19, lots of flights got stopped, so may take more time than usual to receive your package.

United States may take 2-4 weeks depends on which state.

Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and other regions may take 3-5 weeks according this COVID-19 situation (usually UK,GE and CA only take 1-2 weeks to arrive) , mainly depends on the severity of the country’s COVID-19 and country policy

Recently, due to the impact of the COVID-19, the delay in receiving goods caused our customers think that we are a scam website, but please believe that we will never do fraudulent thing. Our goal is to be a long-term Brand, we will never do this behavior.

Is there free shipping available?

Yes! If you purchase $60+, the shopping cart will automatically apply free standard shipping to your order, and NO TAX !

If the value of the items in your basket is less than $68, we only charge $9 to pay for the international freight and we do not make profit from our freight.Please be sure to subscribe to our newsletters and social media to get news on product discounts to offset the international shipping costs!

Shipping timetable

Currently we aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days.Orders ship Monday thru Friday. Cost effective with a delivery time of approx. 10-12working days.

How are the orders shipped?

All international orders are currently prepared, packaged, inspected, and shipped out from our Hong Kong warehouse. We use international Airmail to deliver across the world.

How can I track my order?

Well send you an e-mail with a tracking URL as soon as we ship! You can also log in to your account and click on your order history to get the tracking URL too!

What happens if my package is missing or stolen?

Don’t worry! Your package is most likely at your local office. Please make sure to call your local post office and provide the tracking number to begin an investigation first.

Then contact us and we’ll immediately start a formal inquiry with airmail to locate your package.

This process generally takes up to 30 days and usually during this process your local post office will perform the delivery. If this is the case, please do let us know so that we can close the formal inquiry.

If after 30 days and the investigations are still not complete, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method. We will however still continue with the investigations to try to ultimately get the things you ordered delivered to you.
